The first one is salmon en papillote, unfortunately I can't show you a picture, because I didn't want to let it get cold. It was the first time I tried it this way and I am sure that I will try it agan, because it tasted delicious.
Then I also made one of our favourite family dishes again: it's an oven dish with layers of potatoes, minced meat and apples. It's absolutely wonderful!
And last but not least, with the help of my kids, I made oatmeal cookies.
