Answering comments?

I have been asking myself this question for a couple of months right now. What do you blog owners do when you get comments? Do you just read them or do you also answer them? I am not answering them at the moment, but maybe it's impolite of me and I better start answering them. Can you help me out on this one?

I try to answer comments via email if blogger gives me an address, otherwise a return visit to the commenter. It is a tough one though; it does take a lot of time to answer comments and I'm not sure everyone expects you to. I like it when people respind to me though, so I try to return the compliment if I can!

Hi, ik beantwoord meestal toch ook de 'comments'. Of ik breng een bezoekje aan de blog en plaats zelf ook een berichtje. Gezellig, toch ;-)
